The show remains a favorite with audiences everywhere. The London Regent’s Park production was nominated for Best Musical Revival at the 2016 Olivier Awards, and it was voted one of the top three musical favorites of all time in a recent BBC poll.

A longtime Hollywood insider and Reagan correspondent, Al Kasha was particularly well placed to bring to life the story of this quintessentially Hollywood courtship. Working with composer Phil Swann and writer Sam Bennett, Kasha was able to realize and recreate the beginning and blossoming of the romance of what would become the ultimate American power couple, Ron and Nancy Reagan.
